Donate to SCAN

Thank you for your interest in donating to the Exchange Club Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse of North Carolina, Inc. Exchange/SCAN has been providing services to families in need since 1981. Last year, SCAN provided services to 3,359 people in 60 cities/towns in 16 counties.

A mother loses custody — but her child doesn’t lose the connection to the mother he cherishes. ... Your donations make supervised visitations possible.

A father who knew only abuse as a child learns a healthy and positive way to discipline his children. ... Your donations make parenting classes possible.

A single mother attends Circle of Parents and is inspired by others to set and reach goals for her family. ... Your donations make support groups possible.

These are just a few of the services Exchange/SCAN provides every day as it works to help children and heal families. Exchange/SCAN relies on community support to fund its programs — please help us deliver Hope & Healing to families all year through your generous donation!

Donate Goods and Services

We also accept donations of new and gently used toys, clothing, furniture, and household items. If you would like to donate items or have any questions, contact Velma McClary. Please include your email or phone number in your inquiry or we will not be able to respond.
